General.
-
This resume includes the most representative elements of my work history.
It is structured as a collection of project groups. Each covers a contiguous period
in my work history and includes the entity for whom I worked. It has not been
unusual, at different times, for me to have served an entity
as an employee, a company principal, or a contractor.
-
Project groups are not listed in strict chronological order, but
project groups that represent more recent experience are listed earlier.
-
Taken together, the project groups cover approximately thirty years of my work history,
but they do not account for all of it nor even all of it within that entity and role.
A full employment history that is both
chronological and complete is available.
Organization.
-
A project group contains one or more projects.
Each is identified by a title which is
medium blue,
followed by a short description of the project,
followed by its keywords which are
dark red.
Keywords may be programming languages, operating systems, operating system components,
tools, utilities, related technology, application systems, or anything else
whose explanation might be helpful. Projects and keywords contain detail that is not
displayed until requested.
-
Other sources of information whose content is hidden, like this README,
are shown on the navigation bar.
Navigation Notes.
-
Almost all colored elements can be clicked. Hovering the cursor
over a clickable element causes it to 'light up'.
-
Clicking it causes it to be underlined and its hidden detail to be displayed.
A clicked item remains clicked until it is clicked again or
another item of the same type is clicked. In that case, the previous item closes
and the new item opens.
-
Panels like this one which overlay the main content, or which are
normally hidden, may also be unclicked and hidden by clicking anywhere in the panel.
